WebbIE Text browser
This installer contains all the programs. You do not have to install every program if you don't want to.
Within the Options Menu there are a range of language choices.

The WebbIE Standalone or USB version does not require installation. It is a zip file containing all the files needed for WebbIE and the Accessible programs. Just download it and unzip it, then run any of the programs inside. You can also unzip the zip file to a USB memory stick so you can use the applications on any modern Windows computer or laptop;
